Video games developer Gamious and publisher KISS are pleased to announce that the highly acclaimed action platformer iO is set for release on Steam and other leading PC digital download retailers on Friday 5 December 2014.

iO is a physics based platformer about size, speed and momentum. Play with size, weight and mass to reach the exit as fast as possible; solve physics puzzles in 150 challenging levels; face many curious mechanics like gravity, portals, tricycles and moving platforms. Solve the puzzle, gain momentum and win all gold medals!

After winning a 2012 Dutch Global Game Jam, iO was subsequently developed and launched on to the OUYA platform in April 2014. The game was one of the IndieCade 2014 Finalists at the renowned indie game festival in LA.

iO has now been visually upgraded and its performance significantly enhanced ahead of its release on Steam and other leading PC digital download retail sites. A comprehensive tutorial has been added and each of the 150 levels has been graphically enhanced.

iO will be available on Steam and other leading PC digital download retailers on 5 December with an SRP of $9.99. Look out for special launch promotions.
